A bit about what you will be doing

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Public Relations Manager to elevate the public profile of The Evolv Collection and its restaurant brands across the UK and internationally.

You will champion the Evolv Collection’s external presence, shaping and leading all PR activity across media channels, third-party agencies, and brand campaigns. With a strategic and commercial approach, you’ll create and execute impactful communications that build awareness, spark engagement, and strengthen brand equity.

From Michelin-starred destinations, internationally recognised icons to branded sites you will play a central role in positioning Evolv as a benchmark for excellence in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all PR activity for The Evolv Collection, overseeing both direct outreach and agency-led campaigns
• Build and maintain strong media and industry contacts across London, the UK, and key global markets
• Develop strategic PR plans that raise the profile of the brand and drive measurable commercial results
• Act as the face of the brand, representing Evolv at events, press functions, and industry forums
• Manage all press opportunities, interviews, features, and media responses
• Oversee third-party agency performance, setting and tracking clear KPIs and objectives
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, storytelling, and campaign execution
• Travel as needed to support UK-wide and international PR activations and launches
• Deliver regular reporting and analysis on media coverage, ROI, and PR campaign performance
• Ensure consistent brand tone, positioning, and alignment across all public communications

Key Requirements

• A proven track record in PR within hospitality, food & drink, or premium lifestyle brands
• Extensive contact network within UK and global food, hospitality, and lifestyle media Experience
• working with Michelin-level restaurants and high-profile branded concepts
• Strong understanding of media value, PR ROI, and commercial performance
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills – both written and verbal
• Comfortable leading press-facing activity and acting as a brand spokesperson
• Experience managing PR agencies, consultants, and freelance teams
• Organised, proactive, and results-focused with the ability to balance strategy and delivery
• Willingness to travel regularly in the UK and occasionally overseas as part of the role
