We're seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team and help amplify our mission through creative communications.

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive with at least 1 year PR agency experience to join our creative, friendly, and growing team, working with a wide range of sustainability-focused clients, supporting them with powerful purpose-driven public relations and campaign strategies. The role will involve delivering campaigns and media strategies on various inspiring client accounts within the sustainable fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors.

The ideal candidate will have agency experience in PR and social media, excellent writing skills and ability to prioritise workload, a keen desire to make an impact in a forward-thinking agency, and a passion for sustainable fashion and beauty!

Key Responsibilities:

• Think and act independently, taking the initiative when appropriate
• Manage and grow social media accounts for clients in the sustainable fashion and beauty space
• Work on a number of different accounts to ensure excellent programme delivery for our clients
• Develop a detailed understanding of your clients and their operating environments within the sustainability sector
• Draft press releases, comment pieces, and policy documents that translate complex sustainability topics into compelling narratives
• Liaise with journalists and industry stakeholders
• Create monitoring reports and track campaign performance
• Support senior team members with research and media outreach
• Contribute creative ideas for sustainability campaigns and client pitches

Key Requirements:

• Preferably 1 year PR agency experience
• Good research and organisational skills
• Task orientated
• Ability to take initiative and to work independently and within a team
• Social media skills and experience across multiple platforms
• Genuine interest in sustainability, ethical fashion and beauty
• Knowledge of the sustainable fashion and beauty landscape
• Experience with digital content creation
• Understanding of ESG and sustainability communications
