Job summary

Barclays is offering a two-year Explorer Programme based in London, designed to give depth and breadth across public policy and corporate responsibility. You will rotate through three eight-month placements, with bespoke job-based training from the start to equip you for your role in a global financial institution.

Qualifications

• Strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.
• Curiosity about public policy, corporate responsibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute small research projects to support strategic decision making.
• Prepare presentations and reports communicating findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and develop business cases for new products and services.
• Train and mentor junior colleagues; develop training materials.
