Job summary

Barclays invites recent graduates to join its Explorer Programme, a 2-year rotation-based experience across technology platforms, infrastructure, data and change.

You’ll participate in bespoke job-based training from day one, progressing through three eight-month rotations and gaining hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technology within a global bank. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants and a full-time role awaits in Northampton.

Qualifications

• Motivated with a strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.
• Genuine interest in technology and strong problem-solving skills.
