ENL Legal Recruitment is assisting an established law firm in Hertfordshire to recruit a childcare solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join the Public Law Care Team. You will manage your own caseload in complex childcare matters and perform advocacy with support from leading counsel.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in family law.
• Children Panel Accreditation essential.
• Experience with Legal Aid work and using the Legal Aid Agency portal.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of public law children matters.
• Undertake advocacy in care proceedings with support from the team.
• Conduct own advocacy at hearings through to final hearing when required.
