You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme As part of the 0-19 Service which includes Health Visiting and School nursing you will be working closely with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide accessible, person centred packages of care in response to individual and local need. You will be working in partnership with Knowsley Local Authority to take the local children’s agenda forward.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified nurses however some previous experience of working within a community environment would be beneficial. We have an established preceptorship programme in place and you will be well supported by your manager and colleagues and valued in your role. We offer opportunities for personal and professional development and you will receive regular appraisal, clinical and safeguarding supervision.
