Main duties of the job

We take great pride in being an open, trusting, and compassionate organisation. The Trust is committed to promoting and building a team that enhances inclusion, diversity, and equality. We believe that working together with our partners, listening to, and engaging with our patients, service users, and their families, we can make a real difference to the lives of local people within our communities.

We currently deliver outstanding 0-19 and 0-19+ Health and Wellbeing Services across Wirral, Cheshire East, and St Helens, supporting over 207,000 children and young people. Our dedicated, innovative, and forward-thinking children and young people's services positively impact the health and wellbeing of families in our communities.

As part of the 0-19 Service, which includes Health Visiting and School Nursing, you will work closely with local statutory, health, and voluntary agencies to provide accessible, person-centred packages of care tailored to individual and local needs. You will also collaborate with Knowsley Local Authority to advance the local children's agenda.

Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified nurses. Prior experience in a community environment is beneficial.
