Arup is seeking a Public Health Building Services Engineer to join our Nottingham or Birmingham team. You will lead the MEP design across a varied project portfolio, collaborating with specialists in building physics, sustainability, energy, carbon, and BIM, while mentoring junior staff and guiding projects from feasibility through delivery.

You will drive technical excellence, manage budgets and client relationships, and contribute to our digital transformation and sustainable design goals

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in engineering, building services, or related discipline.
• Experience in public health building services design, including water, gas, drainage and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design on a diverse portfolio of projects at local to international levels.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues.
• Manage project scope, financial performance and client engagement on fees.
• Support digital transformation and automation within design and delivery processes.
