Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Night Cleaner to join the Public Areas team in Sutton Coldfield, England. You will work from 10pm to 6am (or 6:30am) cleaning public areas, maintaining equipment, and keeping your area stocked and welcoming for guests.

Experience in cleaning is preferred but full training is provided. We’re a collaborative team that values hard work, organization, proactivity, and a guest-centered approach to delivering a high standard of service.

The Public Areas Team keeps theresort sparkling, safe, and welcoming at every turn. Their work is essentialbehind the scenes, creating the first impressions that last, maintainingcomfort and safety, and allowing every guest and team member to enjoy theresort at its very best. Being part of this team means taking pride in everydetail and knowing that your efforts make a visible difference every single day

Salary

The hourly rate is £12.71, plusservice charge.

About the role

As a Night Cleaner, you will workfrom 10pm until 6 or 6:30am, your duties would include:

• Cleaning allocated public areas to ahigh standard
• Ensuring equipment is maintained
• Ensuring your service area isstocked and tidy
• Being friendly and willing to helpour guests with enquiries
• Delivering a high level of guestcare at all times
