Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Public Areas team member to deliver the WOW experience as guests walk through the resort’s public areas. You will work with pride, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude to maintain pristine spaces.

There are zero hour and full-time contracts available for this role, with on-target earnings of £26,624.00 comprising base pay and gratuities. You will be the welcoming face of the housekeeping team, contributing to a world-class guest stay.

Public Areas

Our publicareas team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort make it their number one priorityto deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests visiting theResort. They consistently achieve our high standards in the public areas andhave excellent attention to detail and pride in what they achieve.

About the role

There are zero hour and full timecontracts available for this role.

As part of the Public Area team, youwill be responsible of providing that WOW experience for the guest as they walkthrough the public areas within the resort. With a keen eye for detail you willbe able to work under your own steam and deliver an outstanding experience toour guests.

You will also be responsible for:

• To ensure the highest level of cleaning standards are achieved
• To carry out any additional deep clean or daily cleaning
• To liaise closely with the Housekeeping Manager & Supervisor ona daily basis
• To have pride and commitment in your area of work

The on-target earning potential for this role is £26,624.00,comprising a base annual rate of £25,396.80 supplemented by an estimated £1,227.20in gratuities, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.

About you

Experience in a cleaning role is preferred and the ideal candidate willbe hard working, a team player, positive, enthusiastic and organised.

In addition to this you will:

• Have a flexibleapproach to work and shift patterns,
• Be standards drivenand be able to deliver, and
• Have an exemplaryattention to detail.
• Be able to deal withguest enquiries in a friendly manner as you will be the face of thehousekeeping team around the resort.
