Imperial London Hotels in Bloomsbury, London, is hiring a proactive Public Area Cleaner to keep our hotel’s public spaces spotless and guest‑ready. You’ll work 40 hours across five days, covering lobbies, corridors and amenities, upholding safety standards and delivering welcoming service in a fast‑paced environment.

With at least two years’ experience in hospitality cleaning, you possess strong time management, physical stamina and a flexible, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Public Area Cleaner, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift, bend and stand for long periods.
• Positive, flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas including lobbies, lifts, corridors, offices, meeting rooms and staircases.
• Work efficiently and maintain high cleaning standards in a fast‑paced environment.
• Follow Health & Safety and COSHH procedures at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or accidents promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment safely and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• Provide great customer service by ensuring public spaces are always presentable.

40 Hours (5 out of 7 days)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Public Area Cleaner to keep our hotel’s public spaces spotless, welcoming and guest‑ready at all times. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable and impressive environment.
