What you’ll do

• Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of guest and public areas, to ensure guests receive nothing but the best experience
• Have an understanding of all hotel services, take notes of any guest requests and requirements, and help to deliver these
• Bring the hotel values of passion, personality, respect, working together and creativity to life and continue to create our legacy
• Carry out the setup of rooms pre‑arrival to ensure guests feel instantly relaxed
• Assist with the turndown and night service for occupied rooms and suites
