Job summary

Nestlé in the UK is recruiting for a Public Affairs Executive to join the Public Affairs team within the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability function. Hybrid working at Gatwick (minimum 2 days in the office) with a salary between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on experience.

You will lead a defined policy scope, develop positions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting proactive campaigns and delivering concise briefings for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in public affairs, policy, government, parliament or related fields with UK landscape understanding.
• Ability to translate policy into concise insights and briefings.
• Interest in or exposure to food, health, sustainability or consumer policy is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined policy scope, develop positions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Draft briefings, lines and updates that are concise and decision-ready.
• Support flagship campaigns and events, ensuring collaboration across the team.
• Keep policy tools up to date and help run team meetings and agendas.
• Engage with think tanks, NGOs, officials and parliamentary contacts for external engagement.
