Job Responsibility:
Role Purpose

Working together to create epic community pubs and provide great hospitality experiences.

Maximising business opportunities through supporting our Publicans and Management Partners.

Delivering the everyday, brilliantly by simply providing great admin and support via phone and email as well as face to face.

Regionally or Concept aligned, providing admin support for Operations and other business areas where required.

Accountabilities

  • Providing multi-skilled admin support i.e. raising purchase orders, approving invoices, dealing with queries, ordering equipment, repairs, placing drinks orders, arranging couriers, logging field staff holidays, administration of Appian based tasks.
  • Supporting the launch of epic pubs including hosting regular meetings and communicating effectively with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Onboarding new acquisitions.
  • Giving brilliant service and meeting customer expectations, whilst keeping to departmental objectives.
  • Delivering any ad-hoc tasks as required and provide cover to the wider Business Support team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our pubs, Publicans, Management Partners and our People.
  • Identify customer needs and deliver the best solution in line with business ways of working.
  • Proudly and confidently communicate all things Punch.
  • Provide high quality, administrative assistance to support in driving profit growth.
