• Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment and ensure exceptional service to patrons. Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Operations Management: Assist in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management; ensure health and safety compliance and cleanliness.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies with the general manager to attract customers and maximize revenue.
