The Teddington Hands pub near Tewkesbury, run by Quality Inns LTD, is seeking a confident, hands-on Pub Manager to own daily operations. You will lead the team, drive sales, manage the carvery, and explore opportunities to grow the business with support from the Area Manager.

We want a Manager who will drive the business forward and look for opportunities to grow sales and develop the pub, with the support of the Area ManagerThe Teddington Hands already has a strong customer base and is particularly well known for its popular carvery. Looking ahead, we're keen to build on what already works, introduce new ideas and explore opportunities such as opening for breakfast in the near future. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day business, while reporting directly to the Area Manager, who will provide support, guidance and work with you on the continued development of the pub. For the right person, accommodation can also be available.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day running of The Teddington Hands.
About you
You'll ideally have previous experience at management level within a busy, food-led pub or hospitality business. More importantly, we're looking for a hands-on manager who is happy to lead from the front and get stuck in alongside the team when needed. Alongside this, you'll be someone who is commercially minded, proactive and confident making decisions. You'll enjoy looking at what's working, what could be improved and finding practical ways to increase trade.
