Qualifications

• Previous Head Chef / Kitchen Manager experience in a busy kitchen.
• Willing to develop, take on responsibility and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong standards of hygiene and presentation.

• Cook and present dishes to specification in a busy pub kitchen.
• Manage stock control and stocktaking.
• Lead and train junior team members.
• Deliver food GP% to budget.
