McMullen & Sons Ltd in Waltham Abbey is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a busy kitchen in a classic pub setting. Live-in accommodation is available and you will join a long-established family-run business focused on quality and guest experience.

• Previous Head Chef / Kitchen Manager experience in a busy kitchen.

The ideal Kitchen Manager will have the following

• The ability to cook and present dishes, in line with specification, in a busy environment.
• The capability to deliver food GP% to budget.
• Experience in stocktaking and management of stock control.
• Excellent communication skills
• Exemplary standards of personal hygiene and presentation.
• The ability to recruit, train and coach junior team members.
• A strong understanding of food health and safety.

Salary: £35,593 live out / £31,197 live in
