Job summary

Village Hotels - Cardiff is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Member to drive the shift energy and deliver memorable guest experiences within our Pub and Grill, with the flexibility to assist other Food and Beverage areas as needed.

You will take pride in the bar, know the menus inside out, maintain high hygiene standards, and actively contribute to guest satisfaction and profitability in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, but floating across other Food and Beverage departments to support colleagues when the hotel is busy.
• Taking pride in the bar, understanding menus inside out, and maintaining flawless hygiene standards for a smooth shift.
• Resolving issues on the spot and suggesting add-ons to boost guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.
