You read guests well, maintain hygiene standards, and look for opportunities to upsell while supporting your colleagues across departments. A positive attitude and energy are valued above all.

Responsibilities

• Flexible service across Pub and Grill and other Food & Beverage departments to support busy periods.
• Maintain pride in the bar, prep your section, know drinks and food menus, and uphold high hygiene standards.
• Engage with guests, resolve issues on the spot, and upsell to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
