Village Ashton is seeking a warm, energetic Pub and Grill Team Member to lead the shift with a guest‑first mindset. You’ll deliver a brilliant experience in the pub and grill and confidently float to other F&B areas when the hotel gets busy.

You’ll know the drinks and food menus inside out, maintain high hygiene standards, and look for opportunities to add value with a quick upsell. If you enjoy teamwork and creating memorable moments for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• The Flexible Service: Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, but confidently floating across other Food and Beverage departments to support colleagues when the hotel is busy.
• The Atmosphere & Standards: Taking pride in your bar, keeping section prep, drink knowledge, and hygiene to high standards.
• The Commercial Drive: Engaging guests to add value with suggestions, boosting guest satisfaction and profitability.
