JD Wetherspoon Plc is hiring cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness across pub spaces, including customer areas, toilets, bar and kitchen. The role offers flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.

No experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued. Training is provided, with opportunities to progress within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required; a good attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• Ability to communicate in English and work as part of a team.
• Must have a proof of right to work in the UK and a bank account in your name.
• Be resident within reasonable travelling distance of the work location.
• Basic computer literacy is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Clean all pub areas thoroughly to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks following SOPs.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and operate cleaning equipment correctly.
• Monitor supplies and inform the manager when fresh stock is needed.
• Interact politely with customers and contribute to a positive experience.
• Complete induction and ongoing refresher training and support continuous improvement.
