Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff areas and outside spaces.
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks following SOPs.
• Follow safe handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when stocks run low.
• Greet customers politely and engage in friendly interactions.
