Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all pub areas: customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff areas and outside spaces.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks following SOPs.
• Follow correct procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the manager when more are needed.
• Report maintenance and pest-management issues to the manager on duty.
• Interact politely with customers and staff.
