Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team. You will support the General Manager, lead daily operations, and guide staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

You’ll train and develop the team, act as a role model, and ensure guest safety throughout every shift. In this role you’ll showcase strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
