Job Description:

PTW is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop relationships and grow new business revenue within the video games industry across Europe. The ideal candidate will be a consultative, highly motivated professional capable of cultivating long-term relationships with developers and publishers, presenting PTW/1518 services, closing new business, negotiating, and managing client relationships.

This role suits an engaging, personable, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail. Growth will be driven through relationship building and a focus on new client acquisition. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of surpassing expectations by cultivating and expanding relationships, possess in-depth knowledge of the video games industry, understand client challenges, and have a genuine passion for games.

This is an individual contributor role requiring knowledge of video games.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development within LQA, QA, or Localization.
  • Business development experience specifically within the games industry is essential.
  • An existing network of publisher and developer contacts in the gaming industry.
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets through strong client relationships or selling services within the games industry.
  • Significant experience with successful dealmaking to meet revenue targets.
  • Deep knowledge of game production pipelines, especially for art and development verticals.
  • Previous experience selling QA, LQA, Localization services.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to forecast opportunities; self-motivated.
  • Organized, with a passion for gaming and experience with CRM tools.
  • Ability to influence and drive results in complex environments, communicating effectively across all levels.
