Duties and Responsibilities

1. Follow all company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the Service Desk/Kiosk.
3. Present a neat, professional appearance at all times.
4. Support special projects and perform assigned tasks.
5. Operate within management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
6. Adhere to safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep work areas hazard-free.
7. Treat all colleagues with fairness, dignity, and respect.
8. Perform price checks accurately and record discrepancies.
9. Manage store supplies responsibly.
10. Verify customer IDs and comply with policies on checks, tobacco, and alcohol sales.
11. Manage cash registers securely and process various transactions per policies and legal requirements.
12. Maintain security awareness and report unusual behavior.
13. Use and maintain store equipment properly.
14. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
15. Recognize different produce items and varieties.
16. Perform cashier and service associate duties as needed.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Effective communication and customer service skills, minimum age requirements, willingness to learn multiple tasks, and ability to perform technical job requirements.

Prerequisite Training

Completion of Cashier/Service Associate training packet.

Physical Requirements

Stand for long periods, handle currency and operate equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull 75 pounds, reach and grasp at various levels, and have adequate visual acuity.

Preferred Requirements

Provide prompt, courteous customer service, process transactions accurately, handle refunds, meet physical demands, and follow AML guidelines during financial transactions.

Salary Range

$15.00 - $19.65 hourly
