Job Description:

The position is based at 725 W. Indian School, Phoenix, Arizona, 85013. The role involves working as a member of the store team to provide excellent customer and brand experience, promote sales, and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include operating registers, assisting customers, pricing merchandise, maintaining sales floor standards, stocking, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The starting pay is $14.50 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform Point of Sale (POS) duties and process payments.
2. Ask customers for cash donations at POS.
3. Price goods appropriately, consulting with leadership if needed.
4. Complete closing procedures as required.
5. Maintain consistent in-person attendance.
6. Greet entering customers and thank departing customers.
7. Follow floorwork and PPM standards to maintain the sales floor.
8. Stock merchandise in assigned areas.
9. Use communication systems for announcements.
10. Maintain a clean and safe environment.

12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Math skills preferred.
