Everlast Gyms is recruiting qualified Fitness Coaches to support member results and deliver exceptional fitness experiences. The role offers opportunities to run group sessions, onboarding, and personalised coaching as part of a growing brand.

You’ll work within a built-in member base, access to Everlast Academy training, and a pathway to develop your fitness career while keeping your PT earnings. Flexible 8–16 hour/week arrangements available.

Qualificações

• Essential qualifications include Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, CIMSPA Practitioner membership and valid Public Liability Insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions.
• Support new member acquisition and retention.
• Deliver high-quality fitness coaching and customer service.
• Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges.
• Build strong relationships with members to support long-term engagement.
• Promote additional services and products that enhance member results.
• Maintain excellent standards of gym cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Support club events, campaigns and community initiatives.
