Job summary

Everlast Gyms is actively seeking qualified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to grow their PT business within a fast-growing brand. You’ll keep 100% of your PT earnings and are paid for gym floor hours while you build your client base, with access to an established membership base and dedicated marketing support.

The role offers 8–16 hours per week (flexible by club), practical onboarding via MOVE, and opportunities to deliver group training and signature fitness products.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership required.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions.
• Support member acquisition and retention.
• Deliver high-quality fitness coaching and customer service.
• Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges.
• Build relationships to support long-term engagement.
• Promote additional services and products.
• Maintain gym cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Support club events and community initiatives.
