Everlast Gyms is seeking qualified Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to help members achieve goals. You’ll have the opportunity to run your own PT business with paid gym floor hours and access to an established membership base.

The role supports group training, member onboarding, and a strong emphasis on coaching excellence. We offer flexible hours (8–16 per week) to suit your goals, with ongoing development through the Everlast Academy and marketing support to help grow your services.

Formación

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership required.
• Valid Public Liability Insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions.
• Support new member acquisition and retention.
• Deliver high-quality fitness coaching and customer service.
• Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges.
• Build strong relationships with members to support long-term engagement.
• Promote additional services and products that enhance member results.
• Maintain excellent standards of gym cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Support club events, campaigns and community initiatives.
