As a Counter Sales Advisor within our branches, you are pivotal to the success of the business. You will build relationships with trade customers regularly, both in person and over the phone, aiming to win new business and strengthen relationships with existing trade customers – ultimately delivering on our customer promise.

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margins, and provide excellent customer service within the branch.
- Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings and be seen as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with other branch areas to meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely completion of call backs.
- Work with internal teams to understand our products and anticipate customer needs.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand and reduce customer returns by building better relationships.
- Utilize relevant business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
