Practice Plus Group is recruiting a Psychosocial Team Lead for the Integrated Substance Misuse service at HMP Lancaster Farms. You will lead psychosocial interventions, ensure treatments meet user and commissioner needs, and line-manage recovery workers while maintaining a small caseload of complex cases.

The role is full-time, 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, with vetting and security checks as required. Opportunities exist to shape regional services and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in the substance misuse field and service delivery.
• Leadership and management experience in health/social care settings.
• Strong partnership and multi-agency liaison skills.
• Experience developing service user involvement strategies.
• Advanced skills in complex report writing, data collection, analysis and presentation.
• Experience setting and managing budgets and risk management processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead psychosocial services within the prison, acting as subject matter expert.
• Line manage recovery workers and supervise front-line work.
• Ensure treatment approaches meet the needs of users and commissioners.
• Assist in delivering and developing substance misuse services.
• Prepare business plans and align staff appraisals and supervision.
• Report statistics and performance data to commissioners.
