Role: Psychology Teacher

Inspire Minds as a Psychology Teacher in Hillingdon

GSL Education is currently seeking a number of passionate and qualified Psychology Teachers to join our client schools in Hillingdon . This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and foster their understanding of psychology.

As a QTS Psychology Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering lessons that cover a range of psychology topics, in line with the curriculum.
• Using a variety of teaching methods to engage and inspire students, including practical activities and discussions.
• Supporting students in their understanding of key psychological concepts and theories.
• Providing constructive feedback on student work and assessments.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore and develop their interest in psychology.
• Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular activities and projects.

Candidate Qualifications and Attributes:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching psychology.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for psychology education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to enhancing the educational experiences of students.

Must hold a current Enhanced Child Only DBS registered with the update service or be prepared to apply for a new one with GSL Education.
