Psychology Teacher / Psychology ECT (Social Sciences)

In the heart of Hillingdon, an 'Outstanding' Secondary School is seeking a Psychology Teacher / Psychology ECT (Social Sciences) for a September 2025 start. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Psychology Teacher / Psychology ECT (Social Sciences) who is eager to contribute to an expanding Psychology Department. The school is known for its supportive SLT and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The school invests heavily in education, implementing new teaching practices and providing training for staff. It is an exciting environment to work in!

Experienced Psychology Teachers can take on roles such as KS4 Coordinator or Pastoral Responsibilities. Newly Qualified Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled in the school's bespoke ECT induction program and will work alongside both new and experienced Psychology Teachers.

3. Meeting the 8 Teaching Standards at a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' level
4. Ability to work well within a team of Psychology Teachers
5. Willingness to listen to feedback
