Psychology / Sociology Teacher | Holistic, Well Behaved School | Southwark

Are you a Psychology / Sociology Teacher looking for a well-behaved school who are focussed on teaching & learning instead of data and will ensure your wellbeing is a priority?

If so, a 'Good with Outstanding' school in Southwark is looking to take on a teacher of Psychology with the option to also teach Sociology. The role would be full-time and permanent from September 25, with no agency involvement after your start date.

The school itself is a high-performing school and have done so well since starting initiatives that focussed on improving working conditions for teachers. This includes providing 1 hour of extra PPA for every class that exceeds 25, centralising behaviour to ensure teachers aren't tied down to detentions, as well giving teachers a day in lieu for CPD days - to name a few.

• Teacher of Psychology (and Sociology should the successful candidate want)
• Permanent - Full time - Monday - Friday
• September 2025 Start
• MPS1 - UPS3 + TLR (Depending on experience)
• £38,766 - £60,092 + TLR opportunity
• TLR available for subject lead / pastoral TLRs also available
• Working in KS4 and KS5 only
