Vision for Education is looking for compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support specialist primary and secondary schools across Coventry from November 2026.

As a leading education recruitment agency, we provide staff to SEND schools on a day-to-day basis. You'll support young people aged 2–19 with a range of additional and complex needs, including:

  • Autism (ASC)
