Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting Psychology graduates/students to gain classroom experience as Teaching Assistants across a range of schools in the UK. You will support teachers, work with children of varying ages and abilities, and may undertake 1:1 aid where needed.

No formal qualifications are required, only a genuine passion to help children learn and progress. Role offers flexible full- or part-time days, weekly PAYE pay, and a £50 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications or prior experience required.
• Ability to support children of different ages and abilities.
• Willingness to work under guidance of the class teacher and safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the class teacher to support children's learning.
• Manage pupil behaviour to maintain a constructive environment.
• De-escalate classroom situations following safeguarding procedures.
• Carry out small group work and support children with additional needs.
• Report safeguarding concerns using school procedures.
