Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming primary school in Denton. The role covers EYFS and Key Stage 1 and starts as soon as possible.

You will work one-to-one and in small groups to help pupils develop social, emotional and communication skills, while collaborating with teachers and the SEND team to monitor progress. Ideal candidates are Psychology graduates or final-year students with a genuine interest in child

  • Must be a Psychology graduate or final-year student.
  • Interest in child development, SEND or mental health.
  • Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with SEND in the classroom.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs within the classroom.
