Psychology Graduate - SEN Teaching Assistant

Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey

Full-time | £85-£98 per day | Immediate or May Half-Term Start | Long-Term Ongoing into September

Are you a psychology graduate with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? Are you looking to build experience in a specialist school setting?

We are working with an outstanding specialist school that supports children and young people with a range of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, severe learning difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and creative team that makes a real difference every day.

What to expect from the role:
  • Full-time, long-term position (8:30am - 4:00pm), ideal for graduates seeking meaningful experience before further training or study
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs in a specialist setting
  • Contributing to creative, sensory-based, and therapeutic learning activities
  • Assisting with personal care and hydrotherapy sessions (full training provided)
  • Working closely with experienced SEN professionals and therapists
  • Opportunities for progression within education, therapy, or psychology-related fields
