Job summary

Five in Bath is looking for a Psychology Graduate for a full-time SEN Support Role. You will work with children facing challenges related to Special Educational Needs, providing essential 1:1 support and helping students feel safe and engaged in their learning.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Psychology, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a resilient, patient approach. Enjoy a welcoming school environment with ongoing training opportunities in SEN and trauma-informed practice.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work 5 days a week (term time only), Monday-Friday 8:30-15:30.
  • Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship or skilled worker visa.
  • Minimum two recent references, covering the last two years.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN.
  • Support students with trauma-related needs and ASC-like presentations.
  • Track and report on student progress and wellbeing.
