Job Title: Psychology Graduate – SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Ealing Borough, West London
Contract Type: Full-Time | Term Time Only

Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to build meaningful experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

A warm, inclusive, and well-respected SEN school in the Ealing borough is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join their team as full-time SEN Teaching Assistants.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting children with a range of SEN including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties. You will work alongside skilled teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored interventions and create a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis with their academic and social development
* Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Help maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
* Support behavioural, emotional, and sensory needs with empathy and patience
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists

About You:

* A degree in Psychology or a related field
* Genuine interest in working with children with SEN
* Empathetic, resilient, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working in a structured school environment
* Previous experience (voluntary or paid) with children or SEN is advantageous but not essential
