Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking Psychology graduates to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Grantham. You don't need extensive experience—just the right mindset, patience, and a genuine interest in SEN.

The role focuses on helping students with ASD, SEMH, or PMLD through school-day support and collaboration with teaching staff. We offer weekly pay and a dedicated consultant who will be reachable.

Qualifications

• A Psychology degree (or relevant field).
• A calm, flexible approach. No two days are the same.
• Bonus points if you've worked with children or adults with SEND, but not essential.
• A genuine interest in helping young people thrive.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD across the school day
• Helping out with interventions and small group work
• Maintaining calm demeanour and being an adult the children can rely on and trust
• Working alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environment
