Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Psychology Graduate to support children with SEN in a 1:1 capacity in Chatham. This full-time role is temp-to-perm with a September start.

There are numerous training opportunities to upskill in SEN within an education setting, with CPD available through Tradewind's accredited courses and dedicated consultant support to guide your placement. DBS clearance will be pursued on onboarding.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Degree or Masters in Psychology within the last 3 years.
• Have a genuine desire to work with children with SEN.
• Be open to SEN Teaching Assistant roles and Cover Supervision in Secondary Schools.
• Be willing to obtain a DBS.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 1:1 capacity with children with Special Educational Needs in the Chatham area.
• Support SEN pupils in a school environment and contribute to their confidence and growth.
• Engage with training opportunities and CPD provided by Tradewind Recruitment.

Psychology Graduate - Chatham

If you have a genuine passion for helping vulnerable children achieve and grow in confidence, then we would love to speak to you! Tradewind are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to work in a 1:1 capacity with children with Special Educational Needs in the Chatham area.

There are numerous training opportunities that come with these roles too to upskill yourself in SEN as it pertains to working in an education setting. We have extensive experience in qualifying these roles so a keen Psychology Graduate would be well informed and well supported in these roles. These positions will be full-time, and could be on a temp basis, or more likely temp-to-perm.

The SEN that the children have can range from Autism, SEMH, Behavioural needs, ADHD, and potentially some Speech and Language difficulties.
