Job summary

Bramley Hill School in Guildford is seeking a qualified Psychologist to join our multi‑disciplinary clinical team. You will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments for pupils with autism and complex needs, based on clinical assessment and formulation.

This role is based three days per week on site. You will offer consultation, workshops and training to school staff, deliver individualized interventions, and help ensure the best

Qualifications

• HCPC registered psychologist.
• Experience with children and young people with autism and complex needs.
• Ability to assess, formulate and support delivery of therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

Bramley Hill School is an independent, specialist day school providing high quality education for boys and girls. Based in Surrey, the school meets the needs of pupils with a primary diagnosis of autism and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues and associated behavioural difficulties.

Our clinicians are a crucial part of the most joined-up model in SEND. Across all of our specialist schools and children's homes, we provide unrivalled levels of clinical support, both in terms of our expertise and breadth of provision. Our young people present with a complexity of need including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, and special educational needs.

As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualized interventions and engagement to our young people.

Our Psychologists work collaboratively within our schools and children's homes, ensuring that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care, and support we offer all of our children and young people. You will provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children.
