Salary: £62,769 - £73,666 annually, plus excellent benefits

What you will do:
  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions to children and young people with complex needs.
  • Support educational and residential teams in creating therapeutic living and learning environments.
  • Develop individualised care plans tailored to each young person.
  • Deliver consultation, workshops, and training to staff to enhance the support offered to students.
  • Engage with multi-disciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Record and report on clinical assessments and progress.
To be part of our team, you should:
  • Hold a qualification as a Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist and be registered with the HCPC.
  • Possess proven experience in assessing and supporting children with complex needs.
  • Be skilled at providing clinically informed environments and leading therapeutic interventions.
  • Bring a confident and effective leadership style to train and guide teams.
  • Display excellent organisational skills and initiative.
