South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Wandsworth Talking Therapies service. You will conduct brief triage assessments and deliver NICE‑supported low‑intensity CBT‑based interventions for adults with common mental health problems.

The post offers flexible working and a mix of face‑to‑face, telephone, and online formats. You will work from the Tooting Broadway office with opportunities for remote work and evening

Qualifications

• Experience delivering triage assessments.
• Experience with low‑intensity CBT‑based interventions.
• Ability to work within a stepped‑care model.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive triage assessments and low‑intensity therapeutic services for adults with common mental health problems.
• Deliver a minimum of 24 booked and 20 completed clinical contact hours per week.
• Formulate and implement treatment plans based on CBT evidence and service policies.
• Carry out risk assessment and management for individual patients.
• Contribute to development of group CBT programmes for anxiety and/or depression.
