Our social mission is to build resilient communities where people are connected, supported, and equipped to face challenges. Our NHS Talking Therapies service offers low-intensity CBT interventions for individuals experiencing common mental health difficulties within Salford.

We offer invaluable experience working within a busy NHS Talking Therapies Service, delivering low-intensity CBT interventions to a caseload of patients while developing your therapeutic skills. You will receive an induction, internal training, workshops, and clinical supervision to support your development.

As a staff member, you will be on the Agenda for Change pay scale, benefit from our pension scheme, employee assistance program, and participate in training days, organizational events, and employee away days.

We are a Safer Recruitment Organization, conducting enhanced DBS checks on all employees/applicants.

  14. Stay updated with advances in treatments for mental health issues and relevant policies and guidelines.
  15. Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
  16. Participate in annual appraisals, set objectives, and engage in self-assessment and professional development.
