NHS Talking Therapies Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - Band 5* pending confirmation of passing training
We are an established and friendly service seeking an enthusiastic PWP who values variety, new experiences, and autonomy.
Clinical caseload for a full-time PWP: 7 assessments and 19 treatments. The role also includes screening referrals.

Responsibilities include supporting the psychological care of clients, which involves:
You will work with clients via telephone, online, and face-to-face methods. There are opportunities to hold champion and supervisor roles (post-qualification, one-year duration). You will support individuals from diverse backgrounds, using interpreters as needed, and are passionate about providing equal opportunities.
You will work autonomously, following plans agreed upon in line management and service policies. We support you with regular CPD, supervision, daily debriefs/duties, and weekly safeguarding debriefs.
Based at The Isleworth Centre and other sites within the London Borough of Hounslow, at least two days per week. The role requires working at least one late shift (12–8 pm, Mon-Thurs).
