Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a PSV Engineer / Bus Mechanic / PSV Technician / HGV Mechanic to join a dedicated engineering team in Hexham, delivering a high standard of service output for customers.

The role involves general service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles, handling day-to-day workshop pressures, vehicle inspections and MOT preparation. Overtime is available and optional.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs.
• Car Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• General service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles.
• Cope with the day-to-day pressures that a normal vehicle workshop brings.
• Vehicle inspections.
• MOT preparation / Presentation.
• Correction of running defects.

Salary: £39,635 - £44,000 per annum
